WÜSTHOF stands behind the quality of our cutlery and offers a 30-day return period for unused products in their original packaging. We strive to ensure every chef is satisfied with their tools, providing a seamless process for all domestic returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused knives in their original WÜSTHOF presentation box and place them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your original payment method will be credited within 7-10 business days.
